Big fat juicy shrimps. Cooked with tasty seasonings. Look very appetizing. But the moment you take that bite, you know they ain’t fresh anymore and the meats are dead. Great seasonings cannot cover up bad quality ingredients.
Likewise, no matter how great your marketing message may be, it will never cover up bad product/service. We ain’t that dumb.
