Makes it urgent but not necessarily important.
Urgency is a by-product of an imposed time constraint. What matters is the constraint imposed not by whom it is imposed. Whether it’s by you or by someone else, it is still urgent.
Importance is an inherent quality. It is self-imposed. It comes from within. Only you know what is truly important for you.
It can be the case that things that are important may also be urgent. But not always so. The 2 are seperate and you’d best know the difference.
Focus on what’s important not on what’s urgent.
